Starlight Express is a nine year old boy’s dream. In his dream, his toy trains come to life for a spectacular race across America.
The competition between steam, electric and diesel engines is fast and fierce with entries from Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Japan and the U.S.A, and then there’s the underdog Rusty, a small steam engine with a heart of gold, but who will win the race??
Join Rusty (The Steam Train), Pearl (The Observation Car), Electra (The Electric Train), Dinah (The Dining Car), Greaseball (The Diesel Locomotive) and a host of other characters in this magical musical performed entirely on Roller Skates!
